Although OmotoDenim is a relatively new brand, its founder is no stranger to us, since Hiroki Kishimoto is none other than the former general manager of Japan Blue Jeans.

With over 20 years of experience in textile development and after launching Japan Blue in 2010, he is now dedicating his expertise to a more personal project, focused on craftsmanship and the timelessness of denim.
Based in Kojima, the historic heart of Japanese denim, the brand collaborates with the country's finest craftsmen to create a selvedge denim that combines character, durability, and rich texture.
The name "Omoto" (万年青), inspired by a Japanese plant symbolizing enduring beauty and transformation, reflects the very essence of the brand: a classic denim that evolves and becomes more beautiful over time.

We were fortunate to discover their first collection at the end of 2024 and are proud to be among the first retailers worldwide to offer their creations.
