Can I cancel/modify my order or an item in my order?
It is entirely possible to cancel your order or an item in it. To do so, please write to us as soon as possible at commandes@flaneurs.net. Do not forget to provide your order number or reference, and specify whether you would like this cancellation to be converted into a credit or a refund.
You can also modify your order and proceed with a change of size/color by following the same procedure mentioned above. The item must be the same or of equivalent value. Otherwise, a credit will be sent to you so that you can place an order for the desired item in exchange.

How can I have my order delivered?
We work in collaboration with two carriers: Colissimo and Chronopost. On one hand, Colissimo allows you to be delivered at home, in France and internationally. On the other hand, Chronopost allows you to be delivered to a relay point, in France and Europe. It is also possible to choose a store pickup by selecting Flâneurs Rennes from the list of carriers when finalizing your order.

When will I receive my order?
Before the carrier's intervention, it is important to consider that we prepare all orders ourselves in our only store, in Rennes. We strive to process your orders as quickly and conscientiously as possible. Therefore, during periods of high traffic, there may be a longer preparation time than usual. Once your order is ready, the delivery time depends on the selected carrier and the moment you placed your order. Chronopost ensures daily parcel handling until 4 PM. Any order placed after 4 PM will therefore not be prepared and shipped until the following day (excluding weekends and holidays). For Colissimo, we make trips to the post office about every two days.

How long do I have to pick up my package?
If you have chosen Colissimo, receipt is done against signature. Your presence is therefore required to acknowledge good receipt. If you are not present, a notice of passage with essential information will be made available in your mailbox.
If you have chosen Chronopost, you will be notified of its availability at the selected relay point, by email or SMS depending on the information provided during your order. This availability will be subject to reminders before returning to the sender if you have not picked up your package within seven days following its availability.
