ONI Denim is a Japanese brand known as one of the best selvedge jeans manufacturers in the world. It's also an enigmatic label that generates a lot of excitement among purists.
Oishi san, the founder of the brand, is a man with a long history in the denim industry. He works alone and dedicates himself entirely to production. Almost refusing all interviews from the specialized press, ONI appears as a UFO in the world of contemporary fashion and paradoxically, this contributes to maintaining the mystery and aura around the brand today.
We were fortunate to meet him several times in Japan, specifically in Chiba near Tokyo. Over time, the brand has become one of the most appreciated in our selection. It's a rare label that is distributed only in a few retail points around the world and exclusively at Flâneurs for France.
