Shipping
We ship our orders using our partner carriers: Chronopost and UPS. From Monday to Friday, orders are prepared and shipped as soon as the next day. Delivery times range from 2 to 9 business days depending on the destination and the selected carrier (see Shipping destinations, delivery times and fees). Please note that during periods of high demand on the website, in-store, or during commercial operations such as sales or holiday periods, shipping and delivery times may vary.
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and depend on your order amount and delivery address. Once confirmed, the parcel is shipped to the address provided by you (home address or PickUp point). A tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email and will also be accessible from your customer account if you have created one in advance. In case of unusual delays, please contact us at sav@flaneurs.net.
In-store pickup (Flâneurs Rennes) is also available and can be collected the same day if confirmed by email.

3/ Europe outside EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Monaco)
Delivery to pickup points in European countries outside the European Union.
Shipping fees are €20, reduced to €10 depending on the order amount.
Indicative delivery times for Chronopost PickUp Europe are 3 to 7 business days depending on destination.

Customs clearance and duties: Please note that any product shipped outside the European Union (excluding countries such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom) is subject to mandatory customs declaration which cannot be modified or falsified in favor of the customer. Customs clearance may cause unexpected delays in the delivery of your parcel.
In addition, additional fees and/or import duties may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs policy of the destination country. Flâneurs is not responsible for any additional costs incurred when importing goods into your country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Returns
The Flâneurs team does its best to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order.
However, if you wish to return one or more items from your order, please find below the conditions and procedure to follow.
You can download the return form by clicking here. Please complete it and include it in your parcel to facilitate the processing of your return.
You may choose between a store credit or a refund.
Please note that, for inventory management and availability reasons, we no longer offer exchanges. To ensure you receive the desired size/color/fit, we recommend placing a new order before returning your item.
Return conditions:
IMPORTANT: If you are returning items from outside the EU, please declare the parcel on the customs form as RETURNED GOODS and state a product value of 0.00. This helps avoid unnecessary customs fees and speeds up the return process. If this is not respected, any additional fees incurred will be deducted from the store credit/refund.
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return items. All returned items must be in new condition, with original tags still attached. Return shipping costs are at your expense and must be sent via our partner carriers Colissimo, Chronopost or UPS, or any other carrier able to deliver to the address below.
Please note that we do not accept returns via pickup points (Mondial Relay, Colis Privé, Chrono 2Shop, UPS Access Point...). Returns must be sent directly to our store so we can process them quickly and under the best conditions.
Even though this is not a strict condition, just as we carefully prepare your order, we kindly ask that returned items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Upon receipt of your return, our team will promptly confirm its reception.
Return validation:
Once received, we will inspect the returned items. If the products do not meet our return conditions (worn, stained, washed, torn, or not in original condition), they will be kept and sent back at your expense.
Store credit request:
After inspection, a store credit equal to the value of the returned items will be issued, excluding any initial shipping costs if applicable.
This store credit is valid for 1 year and is issued as a code that can be used on our website or in-store (Flâneurs Rennes).
Please note that store credit can be refunded within 180 days of issuance. This period is defined by banking institutions and platforms such as PayPal and is not controlled by our store.
Refund request:
After inspection, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will correspond to the value of the returned items, excluding any initial shipping costs if applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, AMEX...) and will be processed within 5 to 7 days after receipt of your return. Depending on your bank, additional delays may apply before the refund appears on your account.
