Delivery
We ensure our deliveries via our partner carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost and UPS. From Monday to Friday, orders are prepared and shipped the next day. Delivery of your order takes between 2 to 9 business days depending on its destination and the selected carrier (see Destinations, delivery times and fees). Please note that during periods of high demand on the website, in store, or during commercial operations such as sales or holiday periods, shipping and delivery times may vary.
Shipping costs are calculated during the validation of your order and depend on the amount of your order as well as your delivery address. Once validated, the package is shipped to the address you provided (home or Pick Up Relay point). A tracking number will automatically be sent to you by email and will be accessible from your customer area if you have previously created an account. In case of abnormal delays, do not hesitate to contact us at sav@flaneurs.net.
In-store pickup (Flâneurs Rennes) is also available and can be done the same day if you receive confirmation by email.

Shipping fees are €10 for orders under €200, €5 for orders between €200 and €500, free from €500 purchase. The indicative delivery times for home delivery with signature are 48h to 72h (2 to 3 business days for shipments within Metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco).
- Chronopost Pick Up Relay:
Shipping fees are €5, free from €100 purchase. The indicative delivery times to Pick Up Relay points are 48h to 72h (2 to 3 business days for shipments within Metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco).
- UPS (Live Rates):
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Indicative delivery times: 1 to 2 business days with UPS Standard.
For the European Union:
- Colissimo International:
Shipping fees are €15 for orders under €200, €10 for orders between €200 and €500, free from €500 purchase. The indicative delivery times for home delivery with signature are 3 to 4 business days for the 27 countries of the European Union.
- Chronopost Pick Up Relay Europe:
Shipping fees are €6, free from €100 purchase. The indicative delivery times to Pick Up Relay Europe points are 3 to 7 business days for the 27 countries of the European Union.
- UPS (Live Rates):
Rates are automatically calculated in real time. Indicative delivery times: 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination and the chosen UPS service.
For Overseas Territories and International (outside EU):

Rates are automatically calculated in real time. Indicative delivery times: 1 to 3 business days with UPS Worldwide Saver (depending on destination).
Customs clearance and duties: Please note that any product exported outside the European Union (except non-member countries such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom) is subject to a mandatory customs declaration which cannot be altered/modified in favor of the customer. Customs clearance may cause an unexpected delay in the delivery of your package.
Additionally, extra customs fees and/or duties may be charged to you upon delivery of your package. These fees are determined by the customs policy of the destination country. Flâneurs is not responsible for any additional costs incurred when importing goods into your country. For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
Returns
The Flâneurs team does everything possible to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order.
However, if you wish to return one or more items from your order, here are the conditions to follow as well as the procedure.
You can already download the return form by clicking here. You will need to fill it out and include it in your package to facilitate the processing of your return.
You will be able to choose between a credit note or a refund.
It is important to note that, for stock management and availability reasons, we no longer offer exchanges. To make sure you receive the desired size/color/fit in exchange, we advise you to place a new order before sending back your return.
Return conditions:
IMPORTANT: If you are returning from a country/state outside the EU, on the customs form, please define the nature of the package as RETURN GOODS and declare a product value of 0.00. This allows us to avoid unnecessary customs fees and speed up the return process. If this point is not respected, any additional fees incurred will be deducted from the credit/refund of the returned item(s).
You have 15 consecutive calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return. Any returned item must be in new condition, with the original tags still attached. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be carried out via our partner carriers Colissimo, Chronopost or UPS, or any other carrier that can ensure delivery to the address below.
Please note that we will not accept returns made via relay points (Mondial Relay, Colis Privé, Chrono 2Shop, UPS Access Point...). The package must be sent exclusively to our store so we can collect it quickly and in the best conditions.
Even if this is not strictly a condition, just as we prepare your order with care, any returned item must be carefully placed in suitable packaging to ensure safe receipt.

Upon receipt of your return, our team will promptly confirm its proper reception.
Return validation:
Once your return is received, we will proceed with its inspection. If the returned product(s) do not meet our return conditions (items worn, stained, washed, torn, not in their original condition), they will be kept and then returned at your expense.
Requesting a credit note:
After checking the integrity of the returned item(s), a credit note for the corresponding amount will be issued, excluding initial shipping costs if any were incurred when placing your order.
This credit note, valid for 1 year, will be provided as a code and can be used across our entire website as well as in-store (Flâneurs Rennes).
Requesting a refund:
After checking the integrity of the returned item(s), we will inform you that the refund request has been initiated with our dedicated team. The refund will correspond to the amount of your return, excluding initial shipping costs if any were incurred when placing your order.
The refund will be made via the payment method used for your order (PayPal, Credit Card, AMEX...) and will be effective within 5 to 7 days following the receipt of your return. Depending on your bank, you may experience an additional delay before the refund appears on your account.
