Delivery
We deliver through our partner carriers: Colissimo (La Poste) and Chronopost. From Monday to Friday, orders are prepared and shipped the next day. Delivery takes between 2 to 9 business days depending on the destination and selected carrier (see Destinations, delivery times, and shipping fees). Please note that during peak periods—such as sales, holidays, or high traffic both online and in-store—shipping and delivery times may vary.
Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process and depend on the order amount and delivery address. Once confirmed, your package is shipped to the address you provided (home or Pick Up Point). A tracking number will be sent to you automatically by email and can also be accessed in your customer account if you created one. In case of unusual delays, feel free to contact us at sav@flaneurs.net.
In-store pickup (Flâneurs Rennes) is also available and can be done the same day if you receive a confirmation by email.
Destinations, Delivery Times, and Shipping Fees
We ship your order from France to:
For Mainland France:
- Colissimo:
Shipping is €10 for orders under €200, €5 for orders between €200 and €500, and free for orders over €500. Estimated delivery time with signature is 48h to 72h (2–3 business days within mainland France, including Corsica and Monaco).
- Chronopost Pick Up Point:
Shipping is €5, free for orders over €100. Estimated delivery to a Pick Up Point is 48h to 72h (2–3 business days within mainland France, including Corsica and Monaco).
For the European Union:
- Colissimo International:
Shipping is €15 for orders under €200, €10 for orders between €200 and €500, and free for orders over €500. Estimated delivery time with signature is 3 to 4 business days to the 27 EU countries.
- Chronopost Pick Up Point Europe:
Shipping is €6, free for orders over €100. Estimated delivery time to a Pick Up Point in Europe is 3 to 7 business days.
For Overseas Territories and International (outside the EU):
- Colissimo International:
Shipping is €25 for orders under €500, €10 for orders over €500. Estimated international delivery time with signature is 5 to 9 business days.
The French postal service handles the shipment until it reaches the local delivery carrier (e.g., DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), who will then issue a new tracking number.
Customs and Import Fees: Please note that all products shipped outside the European Union (excluding non-member countries like Switzerland or the UK) require a customs declaration that cannot be modified to benefit the customer. Customs clearance may delay the delivery of your package.
Additional duties and taxes may also be charged upon delivery, depending on your country's customs policies. Flâneurs is not responsible for these extra charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
The Flâneurs team strives to ensure your satisfaction with every order.
If you still wish to return one or more items, here are the conditions and return process.
You can download the return form here. Please complete it and include it in your package to facilitate return processing.
You can choose between a credit note or a refund.
Please note that we no longer offer exchanges to ensure stock availability. If you wish to receive a different size/color, we advise placing a new order in advance.
Return Conditions:
IMPORTANT: If returning from outside the EU, please declare the package as RETURNED GOODS and set the item value to 0.00 on your customs form. This helps us avoid unnecessary customs fees and speeds up processing. Failure to do so may result in additional charges being deducted from your refund or credit.
You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to return it. Returned items must be in new condition, with all original tags attached. Return shipping is at your expense and must be made via Colissimo or Chronopost.
Please ensure items are packaged properly to ensure they arrive in good condition.

Upon receiving your return, we will confirm it promptly by email.
Return Validation:
Upon receipt, the returned items will be inspected. If the items do not meet the return conditions (worn, stained, washed, damaged, or otherwise not in original condition), they will be held and shipped back at your expense.
Requesting a Credit Note:
After verifying the condition of the returned items, a credit note for the value (excluding any original shipping costs) will be issued.
This credit, valid for 1 year, will be sent as a code usable on our website and in-store at Flâneurs Rennes.
Requesting a Refund:
Once your return is validated, we will notify you of the refund process. The refund will be issued for the value of the returned items, excluding any original shipping fees.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, AMEX, etc.) and will be processed within 5 to 7 days after receiving the return. Depending on your bank, it may take longer to appear on your account.
