These terms and conditions of sale are entered into, on the one hand, by the company SARL Les Hussards Noirs, with a share capital of €8,000, whose registered office is located at 7 rue Georges Clemenceau - 50400 Granville, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 791 627 169 00018 and operating the website Flâneurs (www.flaneurs.net), and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Flâneurs website, www.flaneurs.net, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".
Article 1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Les Hussards Noirs and the Buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Flâneurs website, www.flaneurs.net. The purchase of a product through this website implies unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of these terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the Buyer declares that the purchase of products on the Flâneurs website, www.flaneurs.net, is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and that they have full legal capacity to enter into commitments under these general terms and conditions of sale.
Les Hussards Noirs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with new regulations or to improve the use of its website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the order is placed by the Buyer.
The Buyer may save and print these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the summary of their order, which together constitute the contract between the parties.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the Flâneurs website, www.flaneurs.net, within the limits of available stock. Les Hussards Noirs reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description outlining its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller. The sale of products featured on www.flaneurs.net is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.
Article 3. Pricing
Prices shown in the online catalog are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), based on the VAT rate in effect on the order date. Any VAT rate change may be reflected in the product prices. Les Hussards Noirs reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price listed in the catalog on the order date will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the product price based on the total order amount. In mainland France, shipping is free for orders of €100 or more (incl. VAT). For orders under €100 (incl. VAT), a shipping fee will be charged.
Les Hussards Noirs reserves the right to suspend free shipping for specific customers if there is abusive use (e.g., an abnormally high return rate or repeated patterns of orders followed by mass returns). This exceptional measure aims to maintain the economic balance of the service and does not affect the buyer’s legal rights of withdrawal.
Article 4. Orders and Payment Terms
Before ordering, the buyer must create an account on the Flâneurs website. On each visit, they must log in with their credentials to place an order or access their account. Les Hussards Noirs offers several payment options (PayPal, credit card). PayPal and card payments are final once accepted.
Article 5. Retention of Title
Les Hussards Noirs retains full ownership of sold products until full payment is received, including fees and taxes.
Article 6. Withdrawal
According to Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 calendar days from order receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or extra charges beyond what is specified. To do so, they must notify their decision by email to sav@flaneurs.net and may use a standard withdrawal form upon request.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Damaged or incomplete items will not be refunded or exchanged. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds (including initial shipping, if any) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but may be delayed until the product is returned or proof of return is provided. Refunds use the original payment method unless the Buyer agrees to another at no extra cost. No refunds are available for in-store purchases — only exchanges or store credit valid for 6 months.
Article 7. Delivery and Returns
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer, within the agreed area. Delivery is via Colissimo (home delivery with tracking and signature), Chronopost Pickup (relay point), or UPS.
Delivery times are indicative. If delivery exceeds 30 days from the order, the Buyer may cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
For Colissimo, if absent, a notice is left for collection at a post office. For Pickup, the Buyer is notified when the parcel is available. Risk transfers to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.
The Buyer must check the parcel condition upon receipt and report any damage to the carrier within 3 days. For non‑signature deliveries, tracking proves receipt.
In the event of a free shipping offer, if the Buyer fails to collect the parcel within the specified timeframe and it is returned to the sender, Les Hussards Noirs reserves the right to apply a penalty corresponding to the actual shipping and return costs incurred, which will be deducted from the refund.
Refusal of Delivery Due to Unpaid Import Duties:
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay these fees, resulting in the return of the parcel to the sender, the seller reserves the right to deduct from the refund all actual costs incurred, including:
- return shipping costs,
- customs duties and taxes,
- handling fees charged by the carrier.
Article 8. Warranty
All products supplied by Les Hussards Noirs are covered by the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to Les Hussards Noirs, who will either replace, exchange, or refund it. All claims, exchange, or refund requests must be made by email to sav@flaneurs.net within thirty (30) days after delivery.
Article 9. Liability
In the distance selling process, Les Hussards Noirs is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service disruption, or other involuntary issues.
Article 10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Flâneurs website, www.flaneurs.net, are the intellectual property of Les Hussards Noirs. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any element of the site, whether partially or in full, including photos, logos, visuals, or text, for any purpose.
Article 11. Personal Data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, the Buyer has the right to access, correct, limit, object to, and delete personal data concerning them.
Data collected by Flâneurs are strictly intended for order management, after-sales service, and product information. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

Article 12. Suspension or Termination of Customer Account for Abusive Use of Returns
Flâneurs reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, without notice, access to a customer account in case of excessive or abnormal use of the return service with refund requests. Abusive use includes a large number of orders followed by frequent and systematic returns, potentially disrupting the service, generating disproportionate costs, or indicating misuse. This measure may be taken after analyzing the customer’s purchasing behavior, respecting proportionality and applicable laws. Before permanent suspension, the customer will be informed by email of the observed behaviors and invited to explain or adjust their practices.
Article 13. Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the Consumer Code provisions regarding amicable dispute resolution, Les Hussards Noirs adheres to the mediation service CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice.
