The Heavy Zip Hood Sweat from Good On is made from American cotton, woven into a 13oz French Terry jersey.

Under the arms, Good On has used the same stretchy material as for the ribbing. This provides more freedom of movement while enhancing the product's durability.

What sets Good On apart as a manufacturer is primarily its expertise in dyeing techniques used to color its garments. The brand is particularly specialized in pigment dyeing.

To put it simply, if you cut the garment in half, you'll see that the core of the cotton remains white. The coloration only occurs in post-production, once the sweatshirt is made. With pigment dyeing, the dye doesn't penetrate deeply into the fabric, it only colors the surface of the garment.

Since it is not a uniform dyeing process, it gives the jersey a vintage look and an uneven color. Each piece thus slightly differs from one batch to another, and this unique patina will enhance further over time and with washing.
