Jackman is the brand of Tanabe Meriyasu, a Japanese manufacturing company based in Fukui, drawing inspiration from the legacy left by its founder: Mitsugu Tanabe.

This Rookie Pants is a voluminous pair of pants ideal for the summer season. It is made from cotton and linen canvas dyed with sulfur. Sulfur dyeing is also known as "damage dye" and is characterized by a special dyeing method that deliberately creates irregularities and streaks to give the canvas an even rougher appearance. Its design is based on the loose pants worn by rookie baseball players in the United States during the 1930s and 1940s. Its very sleek elastic waistband, without buttons or zippers, along with its wide fit, makes it a very comfortable pair of pants to wear.

Thanks to its elastic waistband, adjustable via the drawstring, it is possible to choose the size based on the desired look, whether looser or more fitted.
