With the primary goal of offering a basic garment while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that it is known for, the Japanese label Beams Plus presents the 5 Pocket Denim in its classic indigo version. It is crafted from slightly stretchy 11.8oz selvedge denim, woven on a 1960s loom after being spun irregularly using American (Texas) cotton for both the warp and weft. Its relatively light weight and the addition of polyurethane provide immediate comfort and excellent shape retention, even after repeated wear.

Its highly versatile fit sits between a straight and a slim, not too wide nor too narrow, with a comfortable waist height, good thigh opening followed by a gradual taper from the knees to the hem. This perfect balance makes it an easy-to-wear jean, offering great adaptability to a wide range of body types, all in a design and weight ideal for seasonal transitions.
