Accompanying the Garage Jacket, the F165 Garage 5P jeans from FOB Factory draw their design from models that appeared in the 1930s. Its decidedly vintage silhouette features a slightly deeper inseam, comfortable room at the hips and thighs, followed by a slightly tapered leg width from the knee to the hem. Period details have been faithfully reproduced, such as the rivets that reinforce stress points or the back cinch that allows for waist adjustment.

It is made from exclusively grown US Supima® cotton, known for its extra-long and stable fibers. The denim is woven at the famous Nihon Menpu factory in Ibara, on a vintage RIKI-SHOKKI shuttle loom. Supima® cotton, a registered blend of "superior" and "Pima," is touted to be 40% more durable than regular cotton and readily absorbs indigo. The rope dyeing, repeated 8 times, gives the denim a deep and relatively uniform color that will fade slowly but surely. It is made from warp and weft #6 yarns for a final weight of 14.75oz, perfect for all-year-round wear.

The construction details are also meticulously attended to, featuring a vegetable-tanned deer leather patch, steel button fly, copper rivets at stress points, and chain stitch seams executed on the famous Union Special 43200G.
