Thick (13oz) Good On sweatshirt, 100% cotton, pigment dye.

Crafted and dyed in Japan from American cotton, it is soft and durable.

This hoodie is made from thick 13oz cotton and features two hand pockets lined with a finer jersey (5.5oz).

On the sides, Good On has used the same stretch material as for the ribbing. This three-dimensional tailoring provides more freedom of movement while enhancing the product's durability.

The fabric is made in the USA, and the tailoring and dyeing are done in Japan.

What sets Good On apart as a manufacturer is primarily its expertise in the dyeing techniques used to color its garments. The brand is particularly specialized in pigment dyeing ("pigment dye").

To put it simply, if you cut the garment in half, you will see that the core of the cotton remains white. The coloration only occurs post-production, once the t-shirt is made. With pigment dyeing, the dye does not penetrate deeply into the fabric; it only colors the surface of the garment.

As it's not a uniform dyeing process, it gives the jersey a vintage look and an uneven color. Each piece thus slightly differs from one batch to another, and this particular patina will further enhance over time with washing.
