The Heavy Pullover Hood Sweat from Good On is made from American cotton, woven into a 13oz French Terry jersey.

Under the arms, Good On has used the same stretchy material as for the ribbed edges. This provides more freedom of movement while enhancing the product's durability. It also features a hood with drawstring and two discrete side pockets, unlike the usual kangaroo pockets.

What makes Good On a unique manufacturer is primarily its expertise in the dyeing techniques used to color its garments. The brand is particularly specialized in pigment dyeing.

To put it simply, if you cut the garment in half, you'll see that the core of the cotton remains white. The coloration only occurs post-production, once the sweatshirt has been made. With pigment dye, the dye does not penetrate the fabric deeply; it only colors the surface of the garment.

As it is not a uniform dyeing process, this gives the jersey a vintage look and an uneven color. Each piece thus slightly varies from one dye batch to another, and this unique patina will further develop over time and with washes.
