The Heavy Crew Sweat from Good On is made from American cotton, woven into a 13oz French Terry jersey. Under the arms, Good On has used the same stretchy material as for the ribbed edges. This provides more freedom of movement while enhancing the product's durability. It features two discreet side pockets lined with a finer 5.5oz jersey, unlike typical kangaroo pockets.

What makes Good On a unique manufacturer is primarily its expertise in the dyeing techniques used to color its garments. The brand is particularly specialized in pigment dye ("pigment dye").

To put it simply, if you cut the garment in half, you will see that the core of the cotton remains white. The coloring only occurs post-production, once the sweatshirt is made. With pigment dyeing, the dye does not penetrate deeply into the fabric; it only colors the surface of the garment.

As it is not a uniform dyeing process, it gives the jersey a vintage look and uneven color. Each piece thus varies slightly from one batch to another, and this unique patina will become more pronounced over time and with washes.
