The Japanese label XX Development offers with its "SURE MFG" range of t-shirts a meticulous, human-scale manufacturing, drawing inspiration from vintage models that have shaped today’s fashion landscape. The history of SURE MFG, just like the details that make up their garments, comes from American vintage models that have been thoroughly examined in order to reproduce them as faithfully as possible. The model that served as inspiration here is a 1960s "thermal" long sleeve t-shirt.

The uniqueness of this t-shirt lies in the fabric created for its production, a honeycomb jersey weighing 8.4oz made from American BD cotton. This weaving technique gives the jersey significant stretchability, allowing the t-shirt to adapt to the wearer's body shape and offer great thermal capabilities. Consequently, the fit is very snug and close to the body to achieve the desired effect. To ensure no discomfort, the seams have been executed by Bose, the only team member at XX Development who knows how to properly use the "Flatseamer" machine that produces flat seams called Flat Lock. This type of seam also guarantees the preservation of the natural stretch capabilities of the honeycomb fabric. The narrow and round neckline contributes to a perfect fit to the body shape, allowing for comfortable wear of this thermal t-shirt under a sweater, sweatshirt, or shirt.

An important point to consider is the raw dimension of this t-shirt which has not been prewashed. Therefore, it will shrink in length and in the sleeves by about 2-3cm. Please consider this and refer to the size guide.
