Inspired by a vintage jacket that Universal Works has chosen to revisit, the E130 jacket is reminiscent of a Harrington jacket style but offers a more pronounced boxy, loose, and short cut, along with 2 large chest pockets complementing the 2 side hand pockets. It features numerous details that allow for personal adjustment, such as button-adjustable cuffs, adjustment tabs on either side of the waist, and the iconic double slider zip cherished by Universal Works. A large elbow patch also reinforces this area, which is often subject to premature wear.

It is crafted from a breathable Ospina fabric, with a mix of recycled fibers to create a seersucker effect and provide a dry touch. This blend of fibers also adds a slight marbled effect to the deep navy base. This fabric is also used in the making of the Military Chino and Oxford Pant, allowing for a matching set that is more casual than a traditional suit.
