The Super Tuck Shorts are a classic from XX Development! Compared to the previous version, this version features a fleece that is softer than French Terry, making it even more suitable for the summer season. To achieve this, the Japanese label created the "Vanishing Loops", a 100% cotton fleece without the usual loops found on classic sweatshirts. It is made from BD Yarns cotton, a well-regarded Indian supplier known for the quality, roughness, and stiffness of its cottons. The spinning process for this cotton uses compressed air to maintain good structure and some stiffness during weaving. Uncombed, this fleece has a rough, dry feel on the inside and a slightly irregular texture on the outside and will age beautifully with the use of pigment dye.

The name "Super Tuck" refers to the sewing machine used that requires skill and ingenuity. Unlike the old model, the pockets are not patch pockets on the front of the shorts by overlaying materials. Instead, there are classic pockets with pouches to further lighten the piece.

In this version, XX Development offers a "Regular" length, similar to that of the "Spring Terry" Super Tuck Shorts, which falls well above the knee.

This model is offered in the shade "Mr. Barn Wood": a relatively classic gray with decidedly vintage notes.
