The S/S Henley Tee is a short sleeve T-shirt with a henley neckline, made of 100% cotton with a medium thickness (5.5oz). It's made from sturdy American cotton. The various manufacturing and dyeing processes are carried out in Japan.

Good On T-shirts are tubular: they are woven from a single piece, without side seams, so they don't twist over time.

What sets Good On apart as a manufacturer is primarily its expertise in the dyeing techniques used to color its garments. The brand is especially known for pigment dyeing ("pigment dye").

To put it simply, if you cut the garment in half, you'll see that the core of the cotton remains white. The coloration only occurs post-production, after the T-shirt is made. With pigment dyeing, the dye does not penetrate the fabric deeply, it only colors the surface of the garment.

Since it's not a uniform dyeing process, it gives the jersey a vintage look and an uneven color. Each piece thus slightly differs from one batch to another, and this particular patina will further enhance over time and with washing.

Good On also pays special attention to the robustness of its seams. Indeed, during the dyeing process, the products undergo a lot of rubbing and twisting, which requires seams with a high level of resistance.
