This Tank Top by Good On is made from the same jersey as their t-shirts, 100% cotton, of medium thickness (5.5oz). It is made from soft, durable American cotton. All stages of shaping and dyeing are done in Japan.

Good On t-shirts are tubular: they are woven in one piece without side seams, which prevents them from twisting over time.

What makes Good On a unique manufacturer is primarily its expertise in the dyeing techniques used to color its clothing. The brand is particularly specialized in pigment dyeing ("pigment dye").

To put it simply, if you cut the garment in half, you will see that the core of the cotton remains white. The coloration occurs in post-production, once the t-shirt is made. With pigment dyeing, the dye does not penetrate deeply into the fabric; it only colors the surface of the garment.

Since it's not a uniform dyeing process, it gives the jersey a vintage look and an uneven color. Each piece slightly differs from one batch to another, and this particular patina will further enhance over time and with washing.

Good On is one of the manufacturers that offers the largest palette of colors in pigment dyeing (nearly thirty colors), with constant research to find new shades each season.

Good On also pays special attention to the robustness of its seams. Indeed, during the dyeing process, the products undergo a lot of rubbing and twisting, which requires seams with a high level of resistance.

If you like a snug fit, you can take your usual size. For a more relaxed fit, take one size up.

The cut being quite short, even if you take a size up, it won't be too long.
