After its first appearance in the Fall/Winter 2021 collection, the Mof Jet Cap by ROTOTO underwent some modifications, including a corduroy visor and new retro colors. Each of these caps is cut and sewn in a hat factory using fabric knitted in a local knitwear shop. The warm and comfortable fleece fabric, perfectly suited for the season, is fully lined on the inside of the crown to provide extra softness when worn. Offered in one size, the back strap allows for size adjustment to fit as many heads as possible.

ROTOTO socks are manufactured in the largest sock-producing region of Japan, Nara Prefecture. The region has been known for its quality textiles since the 17th century. Industrial sock production was first introduced in 1910 when a man from the former village of Umami (now Koryocho) imported a weaving machine from the United States to his hometown after a study trip to the country.

ROTOTO places great value on collaboration in its product research: "We start by selecting the right yarns with craftsmen to develop the design of a new material. After that, we choose the knitting machines based on the type of material and the use of the product. This can be rare machines that have a specific use, old non-computerized knitting machines, or on the contrary, modern high-tech tools."

ROTOTO socks can only be made by combining the right materials, the right machine, and the craftsman's expertise.
