The Cree Hat from Mackie is what one might consider a summer beanie. It is made from extra fine virgin wool which allows it to be worn even in sunny weather, as an accessory to complement an outfit.
Its shape, unlike the Barra Hat which is one of Mackie's staples, is shorter, covering only half the ear. It can also be worn over the ear in a modern nautical spirit.
