This sweater is knitted from pure virgin Shetland wool provided by J.C. Rennie, from the Milladen Mill in Scotland. It is a wool known for its texture, thermal qualities, and durability. The specificity of this sweater is its brushing: to give it a fluffy look, it has been brushed once using not a man-made brush but a wild teasel (Dipsacus Fullonum), a type of thistle which, once dried, becomes a natural brush with a unique result.
