The Blazer Coat from Manifattura Ceccarelli is a short hooded jacket featuring 4 external pockets (2 hand pockets under 2 large flap pockets) and 2 internal pockets, one zippered and the other with buttons. Its comfortable straight cut provides ease of movement, while the waist tightening elastic allows for adjustments as desired. It also features a double slider zipper that extends high enough to cover the neck and a peaked hood that can be tightened with a waxed cotton cord.

This coat is entirely made in Italy from a very durable double-twist poplin 100% cotton fabric, resistant to wear and abrasion. The material is made water-repellent by a treatment involving immersion in melted paraffin tanks. This is the fabric that Manifattura Ceccarelli has been using to make their winter clothing for many years, making the garments waterproof, comfortable, and particularly suited for both country and city use. Additionally, it is a material that will develop a beautiful patina over time.

This version is finished with a shearling lining, also present in the hood, blending 90% wool with 10% polyester, warm and comfortable. The sleeve linings are made of Bemberg Cupro, a 100% biodegradable natural fiber. It is a very fine material, similar to silk. It has a smooth surface that does not irritate the skin. It is also a highly breathable fabric, as it quickly absorbs moisture which is then released through invisible pores. It thus generates warmth, especially when combined with another insulating fiber such as wool or down. This warmth is efficiently retained thanks to the ribbing at the cuffs.
