The Road Shirt is the go-to short-sleeve summer shirt at Universal Works. For many years, its design has remained unchanged, with only the fabrics used in its construction evolving, season after season.
For SS25, the Road Shirt is made from one of the brand's signature fabrics: the Indigo Herringbone Denim. This 100% cotton fabric, woven in a herringbone pattern, is dyed with indigo, allowing it to develop a beautiful patina over time and highlighting the Herringbone weave. The pre-washing of the fabric provides it with fluidity and lightness while eliminating the risk of shrinkage on the first wash.
The comfortable straight fit of the Road Shirt comes with a straight hem and a chest pocket. Unlike traditional "button-down" collars, it features a Cuban collar, which can be worn open or closed as desired.
