The Star Master is the must-have model from Novesta. Originally designed as a sports shoe for the military, it has maintained the same silhouette since its inception. It retains all the details of the original model, which contribute to its quality and reputation.
The brand's signature waffle sole, made of natural rubber, is vulcanized. Vulcanization is a process that involves adding a small amount of sulfur to the rubber, then heat bonding it. This procedure optimizes the rubber by making it more flexible and durable. There is no longer any stitching between the fabric upper and the shoe sole, so no more sole peeling off.
The textile parts are made of 100% cotton canvas certified GOTS, ensuring durability, comfort, and breathability.
True symbols of craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation, all Novesta models are still handmade in Slovakia, since 1939.
