To put it simply, if you cut the garment in half, you will notice that the inside remains white. Indeed, the core of the cotton remains intact with pigment dye. The coloring only occurs post-production, after the t-shirt is already shaped, and the pigment only colors the surface of the garment instead of penetrating deep into the fabric.

Since it is not a uniform dyeing process, it gives the jersey a vintage look and an uneven color. Each piece slightly varies from one batch to another.
