Portuguese Flannel values quality over quantity. The brand uses exclusive fabrics, made in a traditional manner and produced in certified Portuguese textile companies. All pieces are then shaped in northern Portugal. The collections are also made from natural materials such as cotton, linen, and wool. Portugal and the family history of the two brothers who founded Portuguese Flannel play a significant role in the creation of the collections. Coming from a family that has been producing textiles for four generations, Manuel and António aim to evolve the way the world views their country, a place of value and authenticity.

Long recognized for their high-quality shirts, the brand Portuguese Flannel recently started offering a wide range of meticulously crafted trousers in distinctive fabrics. For our first integration, we chose the Wool Herringbone Trousers for their style and raw material. These pleated trousers, with a moderately tailored fit, are made from a 100% wool herringbone fabric, textured and interspersed with subtle variations in shades reminiscent of tweed. This wool fabric feels slightly dry to the touch, which is why the inside of the leg is lined with a more silky viscose fabric, providing comfort and softness when worn.

For the cut, Portuguese Flannel chose versatility with a carrot shape, a mid-rise waist followed by a comfortable thigh opening and ending with a slightly tapered lower leg. This shape remains typical of traditional chinos, offering comfort and ease of movement while remaining simple and elegant in all circumstances. The finishes reflect the manufacturer's craftsmanship, with an offset double button closure, reinforced side pockets, and buttoned welt back pockets. The waistband is lined with 100% cotton featuring the brand's name and includes a back ease V, allowing the waist to comfortably fit or be adjusted in width as needed.
