The "Legacy Blue" is a pair of jeans crafted from 14.7oz denim made from hand-picked Zimbabwe cotton. Its name "Legacy" refers to its lighter indigo shade compared to other models in the range, reminiscent of vintage denim.
This version is indigo dyed on the warp (outer) yarns and keeps the weft (inner) yarns white. A hand-twisted silk thread has been woven into the weft at a slow pace using vintage Toyoda looms, adding an extra irregularity to the fabric and a great softness when worn. Its deep overall shade will fade over time to reveal a beautiful patina of blue shades. True to the Momotaro emblem, this model features the signature pink stitching on the crotch, copper rivets, and a riveted patch of vegetable-tanned bovine leather.
The 0405 is the High Tapered cut from Momotaro, offering a high-rise fit, a low crotch accompanied by a comfortable thigh opening, and finishing with a tapered fall from the knee to the lower leg. Note, this model was delivered without a pre-wash, making it stiffer and more rigid than the usual models offered by Momotaro.
Comme souvent chez Momotaro, ce modèle taille plutôt petit, nous vous conseillons de prendre une taille au-dessus de votre taille habituelle.
Notez que cette version non prélavée sera amenée à très légèrement rétrécir au premier lavage. La diminution a prévoir reste minime, correspondant environ à -0,5cm à tous les niveaux.
