Oni is a mysterious label behind which hides a true enthusiast who has dedicated 60 years of his life to denim. Always striving for perfection, Oishi-san is in constant search and dedicates himself solely to production. This is why you will not find a website or an official Instagram page for the brand. It is also for this reason that the label is distributed only in a few stores around the world and exclusively at Flâneurs for France.

While maintaining the typical authenticity of Oni Denim fabrics, the "KIRAKU" series is made from a light 12oz denim. Like all of the demon-headed label’s jeans, this one is crafted on old shuttle looms. Thanks to the low-tension weaving, the selvedge fabric is both textured and slightly rough. The Oni 860-KI being directly pre-washed by the brand, lightness and comfort are felt from the first wear.

Always faithful to the iconic details, a bright pink selvedge ID contrasts with the deep indigo of Kiraku. There are also neat finishes like the hidden copper rivets that reinforce the back pockets as well as the pocket bags. The belt loops are called "raised", meaning they contain a small cord for added durability.

Unlike the usual cuts from the Demon brand, Oni here offers its first model which can be described as Loose Tapered, a more contemporary and dynamic cut. Known as Peg Top and newly developed by the Japanese label, it offers roominess at the thighs with a slight taper from the knee to the ankle. To enhance the dynamics of the design, the jeans are intentionally cropped, without being too short.
