When it comes to offering high-quality sweatshirts with the most meticulous details, Warehouse's reputation is well-established. The Lot 484 from Warehouse & Co. is inspired by vintage sweatshirts from the famous American sportswear manufacturer Champion. Founded in Rochester in 1919, Champion began making sportswear and quickly became the official partner of several universities, which helped promote the "collegiate" style. In 1938, Champion created the "Reverse Weave" technique, which involves weaving horizontally instead of vertically to prevent shrinkage.

Meticulously reproducing the standards of the 1940s, the Lot 484 features a thick jersey, brushed on the inside, and a cut/sewn construction that eliminates shoulder seams. The collar is paired with side gussets that enhance freedom of movement, a nod to the sweatshirt craftsmanship of the 1960-70s, while the blue embroidered label is a reproduction of the early 1970s style.
