The Ohannes sweater by Nitto Knitwear reinterprets the traditional fisherman’s jumper with a contemporary approach. Its thick cable knit brings both character and warmth, while remaining easy to wear on a daily basis, despite its substantial weight of around 900g.
With its boxy cut and dropped shoulders, it offers a modern, relaxed silhouette. The crewneck and generous ribbed trims ensure comfort, structure, and durability.
The combination of varied cable patterns, knitted in a gauge 3 yarn, adds depth and character, while the choice of a recycled wool blend provides warmth, comfort, and a responsible approach. The crewneck, cuffs, and hem are finished with generous 2×1 ribbing, knitted in the same dense spirit to ensure structure and durability.
Each piece is designed and crafted in the family workshop in Clamart, continuing a three-generation tradition of quality.
