From our collaboration with Kardo, this long-sleeve fine-wale corduroy shirt reflects a more textured and winter-oriented approach to artisanal menswear. Made from 100% cotton fine-wale corduroy in a deep and elegant Dark Green color, it features a comfortable and timeless straight cut. The model is distinguished by a floral embroidery placed on the left side, depicting a lotus flower, a powerful symbol of purity and renewal in Indian culture. A buttoned chest pocket, corozo buttons, and an open collar with a button loop complete the design. Entirely cut, sewn, and finished by hand in New Delhi, each piece is unique and comes with a label listing the names of the artisans involved in its creation.
The floral embroidery
The embroidery depicts a lotus flower, recognizable by its delicately layered petals. Hand-embroidered, it brings a subtle touch of contrast and poetry to the corduroy fabric, while paying tribute to Indian textile craftsmanship. Placed on the left side, this discreet embroidery reflects Kardo’s commitment to detail and durability.
