XX Development is a Japanese manufacturing company based in Gifu that encompasses several different labels: No Comply Jeans, Sure Manufacturing, and Wico and Pals.

The founders Taichi and Jasmine (known as the "Sewing Boys") are true enthusiasts, always in search of the perfect piece! Influenced by vintage American wardrobe on one hand and Japanese manufacturing qualities on the other, they focus on limited, original, and meticulous production.

Completely unknown in France and Europe, we started collaborating with Taichi and Jasmine in 2022. Sure and NoComply quickly became precious labels in our selection because they defend a unique vision of fashion: no collections, but rather a series of production projects that follow the inspirations and desires of the moment.
