The Red Wing Moc Toe boot is a classic moccasin-style shoe made in Red Wing, Minnesota. Standing 6 inches tall, the Moc Toe was originally designed for hunters and farmers in the early 1950s and built to withstand tough labor in harsh weather conditions. The name "Moc Toe" derives from "Moccasin," the traditional Algonquian Indian word for the U-shaped toe design.

First introduced in 2021, the 8864 is back this year in a limited edition, with only a few pairs available. The 8864 Gore-Tex Moc Toe combines the iconic silhouette of the Moc Toe with Gore-Tex technology, designed to face the most extreme weather conditions. The Gore-Tex membrane is integrated inside the shoe, lining the leather, for optimal protection. This membrane prevents outside moisture from entering while allowing internal moisture to escape. Thus, your feet stay dry, no matter the weather conditions or terrain.

This model is mounted on a characteristic Vibram Cushion Crepe sole with Traction Tred, providing maximum grip and exceptional comfort.
