/ CARE /

What makes Good On a distinct manufacturer is primarily its expertise in the dyeing techniques used to color its garments. The brand is particularly specialized in pigment dyeing.

To put it simply, if you cut the garment in half, you will see that the core of the cotton remains white. The coloring only takes place post-production, once the t-shirt is made. With pigment dyeing, the dye does not penetrate deeply into the fabric; it only colors the surface of the garment.

As this is not a uniform dyeing process, it gives the jersey a vintage look and an uneven color. Each piece thus slightly differs from one batch to another, and this particular patina will become more pronounced over time and with washings.

Good On is one of the manufacturers offering the widest range of pigment colors (almost thirty colors), with ongoing research to find new shades each season.

Good On
also pays special attention to the robustness of its seams. Indeed, during the dyeing process, the products undergo a lot of friction and twisting, which requires seams with a high level of resistance.

Due to the unique dyeing technique used by Good On (pigment dyeing), here are the care instructions to follow:

- Perform the first washes by hand, in cold water, using a liquid detergent that does not contain bleach or whitening agents.

- You can add a small amount (teaspoon) of white vinegar to set the color into the cotton more.

- Wring well then air dry, on a hanger or flat, away from sunlight or moonlight.

- Do not use a dryer at all.

Once your Good On has been washed several times in this way, you can machine wash it at a low temperature, with low spin, always inside out and mixed with similar colors.

If you encounter a localized stain:

- Treat the stain as soon as possible, before it sets into the fabric.

- Moisten a clean cloth or towel, without adding soap or detergent.

- Lightly dab the stain to moisten and dissolve it as much as possible, do not rub as you risk making the discoloration even more visible after washing.

- Then wash the entire piece.

The colors of Good On items are made to evolve, each model will change according to its owner. Friction, sweat, repeated exposure to the sun or moon are all factors that will impact the dye.

Each model will thus develop a unique patina, making your t-shirt a one-of-a-kind piece.
