Dubble Works sweatshirts are knitted on "loopwheelers," old machines invented in 1926. These machines, now rare, produce a fabric that is soft, fluffy, and airy that retains its shape even after many uses. Specially developed by Dubble Works, this 11oz "Tsuriami" fabric is lightweight, soft to the touch, and offers a feel reminiscent of more luxurious materials such as silk or cashmere. Over time, the yarn-dyed fabric will age and develop a natural patina, giving it the appearance of a sweatshirt that might have been found in a thrift store.
In terms of design, the cut is typical of vintage-inspired sweatshirts, with a slightly short and wide boxy look. The ribbed round neck with its V inserts at the front and back, the soft yet durable ribbed edges are all iconic details that contribute to the authenticity of the sweatshirts made by Dubble Works.
Dubble Works sweatshirts run small, so we recommend choosing one to two sizes above your usual size depending on the desired fit, whether you prefer it more fitted or more relaxed.
