Its cotton twill is developed in Japan, in the Tohoku region, using a single-ply yarn with intentionally low twist. This unique construction produces a fabric that is both dense and remarkably supple. Barnstormer's true signature lies in its construction. Every pair is hand-pressed throughout multiple stages of production using techniques borrowed from Japanese tailoring workshops.
