Dubble Works sweatshirts are knitted on "loopwheelers", old machines invented in 1926. Now rare, these machines produce a soft, fluffy and breathable fabric that retains its shape even after extensive wear. Specially developed by Dubble Works, this 11oz "Tsuriami" fabric is lightweight, soft to the touch and offers a feel reminiscent of more noble materials such as silk or cashmere. Over time, the yarn-dyed fabric will age and develop a natural patina, giving it the appearance of a sweatshirt you might have found in a vintage store.
In terms of design, the fit is typical of vintage-inspired sweatshirts, with a slightly short and roomy boxy silhouette. The hood without drawstring, the kangaroo pocket and the soft yet durable ribbed cuffs and hem are iconic details that contribute to the authenticity of sweatshirts made by Dubble Works.
This Indigo version, like the pigment-dyed models, will evolve over time, developing a patina with each wear and wash.
Dubble Works sweatshirts run small, so we recommend choosing one to two sizes above your usual size depending on the desired fit, whether you prefer it more fitted or more relaxed.
