The Selvedge Chambray Coverall jacket reinterprets the iconic silhouette of late 19th-century French chore coats. Updated here with a more tailored fit — shorter sleeves, cropped body — for a cleaner, more refined look, it still retains the rugged soul of ONI’s traditional workwear.

It is made from an indigo-dyed selvedge chambray with a light weight of 8oz. Woven on old shuttle looms, the jacket fully embraces the hallmarks of Japanese textile tradition, known for its meticulous approach and uniquely textured fabrics. The "beta chambray" weave features a loose, low-tension construction, using different shades of yarn in the warp and weft to achieve a subtle visual texture. Indigo-dyed for a mottled appearance that will age beautifully over time, this fabric will develop a unique patina with wear.
