Batoner, a Japanese brand founded in 2013, originates from the expertise of the knitwear company Okuyama Meriyasu, established in the 1950s in the Yamagata prefecture. This industrial region, known for its knitting craftsmanship, still houses a few exceptional manufacturers, among which Batoner continues the Japanese textile traditions with remarkable quality standards.
The Jumberca Urake Pants are crafted from a fluffy cotton jersey, achieved through slow knitting on an old-fashioned Jumberca machine. This process results in a dense yet breathable fabric, soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. The outer side is made with an air-spun yarn for lightness and durability, while the unbrushed interior prioritizes softness while ensuring excellent longevity.
Designed for optimal daily comfort, these pants feature an elasticated waist with a drawstring for a personalized fit, two convenient side pockets, and a discreet back pocket.
