The Lot 4601 from Warehouse & Co. is the quintessential basic t-shirt. Crafted from 100% cotton jersey, woven at low tension from yarn with pronounced irregularities, it features a classic, short, and boxy silhouette. The reinforced collar opening and overlock seams ensure enhanced fit and increased durability of the finishes.

The high standards of Warehouse & Co. led them to seek out the best machines capable of producing these decidedly vintage-looking t-shirts. They settled on a 1960s loom, originally used to produce ribbed underwear with thick yarns. This machine allows them to retain all the natural irregularities of the cotton threads while combining a unique texture with undeniable durability. The so-called "Loopwheeler" machines weave cotton with very low yarn tension, thus producing a unique and superior quality fabric for an incredibly comfortable final result. Only about 400 machines of this type remain in Wakayama, Japan, and only half are commonly used. These machines were the standard between the 1920s and 1960s, until these manufacturing methods, deemed too slow and expensive, gave way to efficiency and reduced production costs.
