The Pleated Track Pant from Universal Works has become one of the brand’s signature pieces over the seasons. Straddling the line between tailored trousers and casual pants, it stands out for its comfortable fit and functional details.
This version is made from one of the brand’s most iconic summer fabrics: Indigo Herringbone Denim. This 100% cotton, herringbone-woven fabric is indigo dyed, allowing it to develop a beautiful patina over time that highlights the Herringbone weave. The washed version presents a lighter, brighter shade than the raw version, simulating a well-worn, frequently laundered garment.
For added comfort, it features an elasticated waistband with drawcord and a single front pleat that provides ease across the thighs. It also includes two slanted front pockets with an inner ticket pocket, and two back pockets, one with a buttoned flap. Offered in a Loose Tapered fit, it provides volume around the hips and thighs before tapering gradually toward the hem.
