Built around a heavy 15oz fabric, it goes far beyond the standards of traditional chinos, which are typically much lighter, offering instead a dense, structured piece designed for long-term wear.

The fabric is woven using thick No.6 yarn, a rare feature in the chino category, and then sulfur-dyed in a deep khaki shade. This process allows the garment to develop a gradual patina over time, with wear patterns and tonal contrasts emerging through use, much like raw denim.

The weave is produced on vintage shuttle looms, resulting in a dense, slightly irregular texture with rich visual depth. This construction gives the fabric an authentic character and a “living” feel that evolves with wear.
