Universal Works has been developing its Wool Fleece for many years, a fabric that has become a staple of its collections. Inspired by materials traditionally used in sportswear, this knit combines a wool-rich base with a soft and slightly felted surface.

The result offers an excellent balance of warmth and lightness, while retaining the flexibility inherent to a knitted construction. Universal Works uses this fabric in particular for its waistcoats, cardigans and jackets, designed as layering pieces for cooler days.

The Wool Fleece Zip Waistcoat brings this fabric into a simple and functional design. Its two-way zip allows the opening to be easily adjusted, while the two large patch pockets add to its practical character.

It can be worn directly over a T-shirt or shirt, but also naturally works as an insulating layer underneath a jacket or coat when temperatures drop.

The Cacao colour brings a warm brown tone that works particularly well with the traditional fabrics and colours of an autumn-winter wardrobe.
