Description

Universal Works has been developing its Wool Fleece for many years, a fabric that has become a staple of its collections. Inspired by materials traditionally used in sportswear, this knit combines a wool-rich base with a soft and slightly felted surface.

The result offers an excellent balance of warmth and lightness, while retaining the flexibility inherent to a knitted construction. Universal Works uses this fabric in particular for its waistcoats, cardigans and jackets, designed as layering pieces for cooler days.

The Wool Fleece Zip Bomber brings this fabric into a silhouette inspired by the classic bomber. Its simple and functional construction is complemented by a jersey collar, cuffs and hem, while the two welt side pockets provide a clean and practical finish.

Easy to wear on its own over a T-shirt or shirt, it can also be used as an insulating mid-layer underneath a coat when temperatures drop.

The Olive colour brings a classic muted green tone that works particularly well with indigo denim, natural shades and the earthy colours of a traditional workwear wardrobe.
