Based in Osaka, in the Senshu area, the brand Mooncastle is the recent label of a family business operating since 1966. This experience allows the manufacturer to produce quality knitwear, focusing on the choice of raw materials and finishes.

For this short-sleeved shirt, Mooncastle chose "Ice Cotton," developed in 1866 by the Swiss company Spoerry. The innovative process surrounding the treatment of cotton allows it to be thermoregulating, offering up to 4°C additional coolness on skin contact compared to conventional cotton. This is a significant advantage in the face of high summer temperatures. This manufacturing process also makes it resistant to wrinkling, and its weight allows for excellent wearability.
