The Pocket T-Shirt by Jackman revisits the brand’s classic pocket tee foundation with a pigment-dye finish that gives it an instantly washed, vintage-inspired look. Crafted from approximately 5.5oz American cotton jersey, it is spun using an “air-jet” process that produces a dry, slightly coarse, and highly breathable texture.
The pigment dye technique creates rich but uneven tones that evolve over time and with washing, gradually developing a more pronounced patina. This approach reflects Jackman’s philosophy of creating living garments inspired by vintage American sportswear.
Signature details include a large chest pocket reinforced with a W-shaped stitch, directly inspired by late 19th-century baseball uniforms, as well as a discreet internal “flash gusset” designed to reduce moisture buildup. The entire piece is assembled using flat seams for optimal everyday comfort.
