Naked & Famous

Naked & Famous is a Canadian brand established in 2007 by Brandon Svarc.

"We keep all our raw jeans simple and straightforward. No washes, embroidery, gadgets… Only the best quality fabric paired with modern cuts... We decided to eliminate these expenses (which we consider unnecessary) to focus on what's essential in our jeans."

The brand uses only Japanese denim, especially selvedge fabrics. Why Japan? Japanese fabrics have more character, superior quality, and more soul than mass-produced modern denim. The Naked & Famous collections are also characterized by the pursuit of unusual fabrics such as glow-in-the-dark jeans, raspberry-scented "scratch-n-sniff" denim, and "Rainbow Core Selvedge" that fades like a rainbow… The brand has also developed many surprising material blends like denim with cashmere, kevlar, silk, or tweed. While the fabric research is done exclusively in Japan, every piece of the collection is fully fashioned in Canada.
