The Ara by Nitto Knitwear is a beanie made from 100% extra-fine merino wool, with a fiber diameter of 19.5 microns. Its dense, soft and stretch knit is fully knitted using a decreasing technique, allowing it to naturally follow the shape of the head while providing a comfortable fit without excessive compression. This version features a heathered blend of taupe and chocolate. Made in France at the Nitto Knitwear workshop in Clamart.

Description

The extra-fine merino wool used for the Ara offers a soft and comfortable feel, while benefiting from the natural properties of merino wool, including breathability and temperature regulation. With a fiber diameter of 19.5 microns, the yarn produces a knit that feels comfortable directly against the skin.

The beanie is fully knitted in a dense, full knit using a decreasing technique, creating an even shape that naturally follows the contours of the head. Its dense and stretch knit provides a comfortable fit without exerting excessive pressure.

This version combines taupe and chocolate fibers to create a heathered, nuanced appearance. With a 27 cm height, the Ara can be worn with one or several folds depending on the desired look.

We selected the Ara for the quality of its merino wool, its fully decreased construction and its comfort when worn. This Taupe/Chocolate version adds visual texture through its blend of colors, while retaining the understated and easy-to-wear character of the model.
