Description

With the Arbroath Hat, Mackie revisits a classic of the Scottish wardrobe in an exceptionally refined material. Inspired by the hats traditionally worn by fishermen to protect themselves from harsh conditions at sea, this model retains a simple and functional construction while replacing traditional wool with exceptionally soft cashmere.

Knitted in the round, without uncomfortable seams, the beanie features a highly stretchy knit that naturally adapts to different head shapes. Its turn-up cuff can be adjusted according to the desired depth, allowing it to be worn closer to or further away from the ears.

In the Loden colourway, the cashmere comes in a deep, slightly greyish olive green, a subdued and natural shade that pairs effortlessly with the tones of a winter wardrobe.
