This first collaboration between Universal Works and Flâneurs focuses on the Cabin Jacket, an iconic piece from the English label’s collection, reimagined through Scottish textile craftsmanship. Offered by Universal Works since 2017, the Cabin Jacket takes inspiration from classic railway worker jackets and historic maritime uniforms. Its minimalist, versatile design makes it a perfect addition to both casual and refined outfits.
For this special edition, the Cabin Jacket is crafted in Harris Tweed, a 100% virgin wool fabric spun and handwoven in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Celebrated worldwide for its quality, durability, and rich texture, Harris Tweed gives the jacket a unique character. Combining Universal Works’ utilitarian tailoring with Flâneurs’ contemporary vision results in a timeless, warm, and authentic piece designed to last season after season.
This Gold version features a base of caramel-colored threads with golden highlights, combined with contrasting blue and burgundy tones to create depth and the visual richness characteristic of traditional Harris Tweed fabrics.
This jacket fits true to size, you can choose your usual size.
