Universal Works has been developing its Wool Fleece for many years, a fabric that has become a staple of its collections. Inspired by materials traditionally used in sportswear, this knit combines a wool-rich base with a soft and slightly felted surface.

The result offers an excellent balance of warmth and lightness, while retaining the flexibility inherent to a knitted construction. Universal Works uses this fabric in particular for its waistcoats, cardigans and jackets, designed as layering pieces for cooler days.

The Wool Fleece Uniform Jacket brings this fabric into a construction inspired by classic work jackets. Its button fastening and patch pockets give it a simple and functional aesthetic, while the flexibility of the knit provides greater comfort than a traditional work jacket.
